Fulfilling the Duty of a Soldier in Wartime

• 1967: Enlisted in the National Military Academy of Vietnam.

• 1973: Served as a pilot flying A-37 fighter aircraft, completing numerous effective combat support missions for the ARVN (Army of the Republic of Vietnam) until the end of the war in 1975.
